How do I return an item?

To start a return, get in touch with our customer service team at info@graceandmarlow.com. We'll provide you with a return number and instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we'll cover the cost. Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account.
